Ministry Missions

The New life Gospel Ministry’s mission is to reach out to the world with the message of peace and holiness. For that reason, my wife Isabelle and I travel the world to proclaim the gospel and testify of heaven, a place shown me, Rev Emmanuel Twagirimana, when I died and was restored back to life after seven days in 1994. We founded the New Life Gospel ministry to evangelistically reach out to the world, especially to the unreached. In our efforts to accomplish this God-given mission, we have been reaching out to the nations in the past year; through evangelism and intercession.

Our travels and experiences  since September 2011 to December 2012 are summarized here.

The report will guide you as you intercede for the nations, and for the bride of Christ worldwide. The word of God says in 1 Peter 2: 5 “You also, as living stones are being be built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.” It is therefore the responsibility of every believer in Christ to pray for his city (Jeremiah 29: 7), his nation, Jerusalem (Psalms 122: 6) and all nations (Isaiah 56: 7). Unlike in the Old Testament where only a certain group of people were priests, in the New Testament, all those who believe in Christ are priests. They are a great spiritual building project. They have the privilege and responsibility of offering spiritual sacrifices to God. It is not possible to offer sacrifices to a God that you do not know hence the need for the gospel to be taken to the ends of the world.

Romans 10:14 “How then shall they CALL on him in whom they have not BELIEVED?” And how shall they believe in him of whom they have not HEARD? And how shall they hear without a PREACHER? And how shall they preach if they are not SENT?” The Gospel is the good news to this world. It is the channel God uses to reach out to his people. And by God’s Word, we are built into a spiritual house.

 MISSION WORK IN THE NATIONS

 1. ISRAEL TOUR - September 12 2011 – September 21, 2011

Our team was international; we had people from Kenya, Burkina Faso, France, Switzerland, and the United States of America. All of us had come to see the beautiful land of Israel, and to get to know and understand something about the culture where our Lord and Saviour Jesus walked.

 • Day One: Joppa
Our team convened at Ben Gurion International airport and proceeded to Joppa, now known as Jaffa. In the biblical Joppa, there lived a disciple called Tabitha (Dorcas). She was full of good works and charitable deeds. She fell sick and died. The disciples sent for Peter to pray for her. He did, and she was restored back to life. After raising Dorcas from the dead, Peter stayed in Joppa for some time with disciple called Simon the tanner. ACTS 9: 36-43

At Joppa, we visited the place where it is believed the house of Simon the tanner used to stand. It is near the Mediterranean Sea, still in its ancient form. While he was at Joppa, Peter received a vision from the Lord Jesus. He showed him that the Gentiles are no longer unclean, because the grace of salvation had been given to them as well (Acts 10:14-15).

Our team took some time to meditate on the words God spoke through Peter in Acts 10: 34-35: “In truth, I perceive that God shows no partiality. But in every nation whoever fears Him and works righteousness is accepted by him.” It was at Joppa that there was a restoration of life, and a vision of the grace to Gentiles given. We gave thanks to God for what He did for us His people.

We went round the Mediterranean Sea and then went back to sleep at Gilgal Hotel. Gilgal hotel is owned by a messianic Jew. He built in in order to host missionaries and Christians visiting and bringing the gospel to the nation of Israel.

 • Day Two: Mt. Carmel

Our second day was quite busy. We drove from Joppa, passed through Tel Aviv, going to Galilee. We drove up Mt Carmel which is in Galilee. This is the mountain where Elijah made a spectacle to see which God would answer by fire, and the true living God demonstrated His power over Baal. On that day, Baal’s prophets prepared their altar and called their god but he did not answer.

When it was Elijah’s turn, He REPAIRED THE ALTAR OF GOD THAT HAD BEEN BROKEN. He filled it with water three times. When the time for the evening sacrifice came, He called the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel. And God answered by fire. The fire fell and consumed the burnt sacrifice, the wood, the stones and the dust. It also licked up the water that was in the trench. (1 Kings 18: 20-40) With this history in mind, we had a time of prayer and worship.
We worshiped God for the victory we have in Christ and also prayed for a fresh anointing to be able to fight the modern worship of Baal.

At Mount Carmel, we had a view of Jezreel valley. Daphna, our guide, told us it is believed this is where the Armageddon battle will take place.

From Mount Carmel, we drove to the mount of beatitudes mentioned in Matthew 5 -7. Jesus gave various teachings about the way of the Kingdom. We prayed and read the Word.

                                              Capernaum

From Mount Carmel, we went to Capernaum which is by the sea. This was where Jesus launched His ministry (Matthew 4:12 cf Isaiah 9: 1-2)
The ancient world’s greatest road passed through Galilee from Damascus, all the way down to Egypt. The road to the east led through Galilee then away out into the frontiers. Jesus could not have picked a better city in all of Israel to symbolize the worldwide implications of His redeeming Gospel. For thousands of years, travelers from Africa to Europe, from Asia to Africa used this great road. By inaugurating his public ministry in Galilee of the Gentiles, along the international trade route, Jesus was making a statement; this land would serve as a springboard to all nations. The Kingdom of God encompasses a realm that extended well beyond the borders of Ancient Israel.

We stepped in the Sea of Galilee, and also visited some sites which have been preserved in their ancient form.

We also visited the synagogue where Jesus healed a demon possessed man (Mark 1:21-28). The synagogue is still in its ancient form, and because many years have passed we were able to only stand in its walls, but there is evidence that it was once a beautiful building.

There, is a house believed to be Simon and Andrew’s. It was in this house where Jesus healed Simon’s mother in law from fever. As soon as she was healed, she got up and served them. We had a nice time of prayer and worship there. We were joined by a group of pastors touring from Brazil. The Holy Spirit moved in a mighty way.

At Capernaum, we saw an old boat which after archeological research, was found to be 2000 years old. It is believed to have been used in the time when Jesus was on earth.

                                                  Tiberias
We then boarded a boat and sailed in the Sea of Galilee from Capernaum to Tiberias.
We were entertained by a worship leader called Daniel Carmel who was also with his band. As we were worshipping, I thought of the miracles that happened around the Sea of Galilee
 i. Jesus found his disciples by the Sea of Galilee and told them “I will make you fishers of men.” (Mark 1:17, Matthew 4:18)
ii. Around this sea, Jesus fed 4000 men. (Matthew 15: 29-39)
iii. Jesus often preached the kingdom around the Galilee area.

Arriving at the coast of Tiberias, we proceeded to our hotel. We had great dinner and had rest overnight.

 • Day Three:

                                                            Jordan

River Jordan
We were so excited to be at the blue waters of the river Jordan. Most of us squatted and cupped some water in our palms.
To believers in Christ, this river is very significant. Here are some of the miracles that happened at the Jordan.
i. God dried up its waters when the Israelites were crossing over to take the Promised Land. It brought great fear to the inhabitants of Canaan. (Joshua 5:1
ii. The waters of The Jordan divided when Elijah struck them with his mantle. (2 Kings 2: 8
iii. Namaan listened to his advisors, did as he was commanded, dipped in seven times in the Jordan and was healed. (2 Kings 5:14)
iv. Jesus was baptized at the Jordan. (Luke 3:21

On the walls near the baptismal site at the Jordan, the scripture Mark 1: 9-10 (9 In those days Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan. 10 And when he came up out of the water, immediately he saw the heavens being torn open and the Spirit descending on him like a dove) is inscribed in many different languages. Most of the people from different nations can read it in their language.

We gathered for prayer there and later, some people were baptized.

 Nazareth

Our next stop was Nazareth. We drove through the fertile valley of Jezreel, and arrived to Nazareth (Luke 1:26-30).

In John 1:46, Nathaniel asked “Can anything good come out of Nazareth?” And yet it was Nazareth that became the cradle of Christianity.
We went to a museum that has the history of how life was in the first century; the ancient way of life for Israel. We understood Jesus’ early years, and the physical and social setting he grew up.

We could also see where he drew material for many of his parables. For example, we saw the wineskin he talked about in the parable of the wineskin.

On the outside, we were shown how a village in ancient Israel, how tombs were dug in a rock and shared by a family. There were local residents in the village dressed in costumes, working the land as it was worked in the first century and engaging in crafts and daily household tasks, all with tools authentically fashioned. It was amazing!

We concluded our Nazareth visit in a local church led by an Arabic pastor. We held a brief worship service and interceded for the Israelis and Arabs.

                                                              Jerusalem

That evening, we started our journey to Jerusalem. From Nazareth, it took us two hours to reach this beautiful holy city of God. There was such excitement as we approached. While driving there, our guide explained the history of Jerusalem to us. It was very interesting to learn that we, believers are now the holy and glorious temple – and our foundation is Jesus Christ. We checked in at Hotel Maale Hashamisha.

The Hotel is situated on the top of the mountain just outside the city, so we had a nice view of the city from our rooms.

 • Day Four

In the morning, we left the hotel to go to Jerusalem. We were informed that for centuries, kings and queens have stopped on the Mount of Olives to give thanks before entering Jerusalem, so we too did the same.
View from the mount of Olives

We got off the bus at Mount Olive and walked to a location with a clear view of the Holy City. The mountain is a very special place. It was wonderful to sit there and enjoy the presence of God. As we sat there, with an amazing view of the city, God started speaking to me about the work of grace that Jesus did. It became so real that it was here where Jesus our Saviour accomplished his work on earth.

Here are a few key things about Mount Olive.
i. On this mountain Jesus’ disciples asked him about the signs of the last days, and he answered them. (Matthew 24)
ii. Jesus talked about his death on this mountain before going to Gethsemane for his last prayers, an where he was later captured (Mathew 26:30-35)
iii. The Messiah will enter the golden gate on a colt. Luke 19:28 to 42 iv. At Mount of Olives, Jesus performed a miracle of bringing back to life his friend Lazarus.
 v. On this mountain shall Jesus come back put his feet to fight for Israel as it is written in Zechariah 14:4. Across the Kidron Valley, set among the surrounding hills was Jerusalem “The perfection of beauty” in the words of Lamentations “The joy of the entire world” (Lamentations 1:1).

The temple is located in the most Holy spot in the Jewish world and really, God’s world. It is the Lord’s earthly dwelling, at MOUNT MORIAH, Genesis 22:1-19, in the land where Abraham took his son Isaac to sacrifice Him as God had commanded.
God promised David that his seed will build a temple (2 Samuel 7:11-13) and On this mountain, Solomon built the temple (2 Chronicles 3). He wanted to build that would be the center of worship for the entire nation, so He used only the best craftsmen and materials. It took seven years for Solomon’s workers to finish this grand building and the finished structure dazzled all who saw it.
The place of the Temple

However, the temple was not a guarantee of God’s presence. God had promised to live among the Israelites forever and the temple was God’s so called “Dwelling place”. But in order for a Holy God to live among his people, they had to remain faithful to Him. Unfortunately they did not remain faithful, and consequently the temple was looted and destroyed by the Babylonians. The restoration of the temple began when Israelites came out of captivity during the era of King Cyrus. It is a great story of restoration in the book of Ezra.

In this same place, King Herod built another temple that was later destroyed (Matthew 21:12, 24:1, 27:51). When Jews went into exile in the 7th century, Jerusalem was captured by Omar, and there he built the Golden Dome a gleaming gold embellished mosque which dominates the view from the Mount of Olives
MOUNT MORIAH remained in the hands of Jordan, even when the state of Israel was born in 1948.

During the 1967 war, the Israelis recaptured the whole of Jerusalem from the Jordanians. However, till today, Jerusalem remains a point of contention between Jews and Muslims.

 The Garden of Gethsemane

This is located at the foot of the Mount of Olives. This was where Jesus was with his disciples praying on the night before the crucifixion (Luke 22:43-44). It was a place of decision and breakthrough as Jesus surrendered himself to God’s will. He was like a woman in labour, getting ready to birth the church.
We had another amazing time of worship there, understanding that Jesus accepted to die as a sacrifice for our sins.
There, are several trees in this garden that date back to the time Jesus was on earth. (The life span of an olive tree is over 2000 years).

From Gethsemane, we went to the Wailing Wall
The Wailing wall

The wall is part of the remains of the temple Herod built. This famous wall is very important to the Jews as they remember the temple that was destroyed. Jews go there every day for prayers.
We stood there and read some Psalms.
With Tom Hess, The President of HOPFAN

We then drove towards the home of Tom Hess. He started the House of Prayer for all Nations (HOPFAN) when God gave Him a vision of twelve gates starting from Jerusalem to the ends of the world. After the vision, He moved from Washington DC to Jerusalem and started a ministry of intercessors who pray for all nations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It has been like this for 25 years.

We had some prayers and interacted with intercessors that had come from different nations to spend time there at HOPFAN and pray. We then returned to the hotel for the night rest.

• Day Five
We went to The Jerusalem prayer tower, a ministry with a mission to pray for Jerusalem, and the peace of Israel. Isaiah 21:6: For thus has the Lord said to me: “Go set a watchman, let him declare what He sees.”
This center is sponsored by the government of Canada. We were received there and had time for prayer and intercession.
At the balcony of the building, we had a nice view of modern Jerusalem, awesome houses built with white bricks.

We also visited Caprice Diamond and jewelry center. We were told that a big percentage of the world’s diamonds pass through Israel to go to the whole world. What a fortune! Thousands of diamonds rings, necklaces worth of thousands of dollars are laid in their shop there at Caprice Diamond and jewelry.
A collection of scriptures are on the walls in the walkway in that house. I noticed Exodus 39 and Revelation 21:19

We ended our day at the Knesset, the parliament of Israel.
In front of the parliamentary house is a huge menorah that portrays 29 events, figures and concepts of the Old Testament.

 Among those events are:
 • Moses praying as his hands were held up
 • The book of the law
• Rachel crying for her children when little boys were killed after Jesus’ birth
• Dry bones coming back to life
• Shema Yisrael “Listen Israel” prayer,
• Rebuilding Israel, not by power, nor by might but by my Spirit says the Lord
• Weeping on the rivers of Babylon
• David carrying the head of Goliath…
All these events show that this nation has a mighty God, who has given them victory.
These people are the people of God; this land is the Holy land.

We drove back to the hotel and had a meeting in the evening. The next day was Saturday, the Sabbath in Israel. We did not tour but had a conference at the hotel.

Sunday was our day for service at the Hotel Ma'ale Hachamisha.
Bishop Moussa (founder of Watchmen ministry) preached in the morning.
In the afternoon, a Messianic Jew called Tony Sperendeo came and explained to us about the temple. He gave us a brief history of Jerusalem. One thing that caught our attention is the famous golden globe which is a mosque built in Jerusalem. It has the words “ALLAH IS GOD” inside. This mosque was built there when Jews went to exile… and they say that it is from there that prophet Mohamed went to heaven.
He told us the Israeli Arabic problem was not political but spiritual.
We prayed for the peace of Jerusalem and for the eyes of Jewish people to be opened, that they may receive salvation.
We prophesied for the rise of Israel according to Ezekiel 37
Very few people in Israel are believers in Christ. In 1980, there were only 200 messianic Jews (those who believe that Jesus is the Christ) and by 2011, they were only 15000.

We met a brother called Danny and a sister called Nadine. They are messianic Jews; they came and shared their testimonies. Danny was born in Israel and is a born again Christian, he told us about how life was as he grew up in newly born state of Israel. He has also a meditation place called the Garden of Life.

In the evening, Pastor Emmanuel Twagirimana preached. He spoke about the love of God toward us who were once Gentiles but now are a people of God.

 DAY EIGHT
The lovely Fabienne took over from Daphna as our guide and we went to Mevasseret to visit the tribe of Jews which was found in Ethiopia and are now being migrated to their nation. There, we met many other Jews who came from many different nations of the world. They work there at the centre taking care of those Ethiopian Jews.
We visited their kindergarten and had a nice time with the little ones.

Bishop Moussa preached a great word explaining the Kingdom of God, that unless a person is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
We then went to the Garden of Life owned by Danny and planted trees.
In the evening we had intercessory prayers for Israel.
 DAY NINE

On this day we had a conference with a Jewish speaker, Rabbi Jean marc Rosenfeld, as we sought to have a deeper understanding of Israel’s history and culture. He spoke on the history of the temple from Psalms 122:6-8. The first temple was built by Solomon (1 Kings 6).
With permission from King Cyrus, the Jews were allowed to return and rebuild the temple. Zerubabbel, Joshua the priest and the prophet Zechariah started to rebuild the temple, but this attracted jealousy from neighboring communities. Prophet Haggai had said the glory of the latter house would be greater than the former and explained a lot about the menorah, the things which were in the temple, and the Ark of the Covenant.
After the presentation by the Rabbi, we were off to the market. There is a wide variety of vegetables and fruits grown in this beautiful country – for some of us, it was our first time to see such fruits. We were told that they have up to six hundred different types of fruits!!

In the afternoon we went to the Garden tomb
It is believed that this is where Jesus was buried. It is believed this is the garden that belonged to Joseph of Arimathea, who buried Jesus. (Matthew 27:57-61
We entered the tomb and had some nice time there of prayer and praise just in front of the tomb remembering the Resurrection of Christ.

 DAY TEN
Day ten was the last day of our tour; we went to take a picture at the Mount of Olives.
We then went to Jerusalem old city and did an intercessory walk around the Jerusalem walls. We walked like two kilometers praying and interceding.
After that, we settled at Mount Zion (other name of Jerusalem) preparing to enter the upper room. The disciples rented the Upper room so they could have the Passover with Jesus (Mark 14: 13-14). It is there that he revealed who was going to betray him. The upper room was transformed into a mosque when Jews were in exile, it is now non-functioning. We entered and raised an altar there. We brought down and destroyed all strongholds and principalities that put themselves up against the knowledge of God in that city.

From the upper room, we went to the city of David and strolled for a while. This city has been destroyed and rebuilt 17 times. In 1948 it was destroyed and captured by Arabs, and in 1967 Israeli got it back and rebuilt it.  And that was our last point as we wrapped up our visit to The Holy Land
We left Israel that evening.

Prayer points for this nation

Israel is beautiful nation, has amazing sceneries. We could not have enough of it.
A very few number of its inhabitants are believers in Christ (Messianic Jews), many are in Judaism. Some biblical references on Judaism are Matthew 3:7-9, Acts 15:1

But the word of God in Psalms 122:6 “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee” We need to pray for the Israel nation, and to love her.
Pray that true Gospel of the kingdom of God, the torch of salvation finds its highway back to Jerusalem.

 2. CANADA TRIP - October 7th to November 10th ,2011

70% population of this vast nation is Christian, but there are some 61 unreached people groups.
Pastor Daniel Kibarita was our coordinator in Canada; we were at the city of Abbotsford, in the Province of British Columbia.

October 7, 2011 We went to meet the then Mayor of the city of Abbotsford Mr. George W. Peary. He gave us a warm welcome and took time to hear about my experience of death and back to life.
He then wished us a good journey and gave us gifts. Then we had a ride around Abbotsford. Our first impression was that Canadians are very polite, peaceful people. In the evening, we had scheduled an all-night prayer but we were unable to go because of jet lag. Our teaching and preaching program started the next day.

October 8, 2011 We drove for an hour towards Vancouver to a place called Surrey. We had a meeting at Hosanna Harvest Church pastored by Pastor Jean Claude Kalinijabo; we preached there. Most of the people there are from East Africa, they gave us a warm welcome. The preaching was about the warning that the people in the area have forsaken God, burned incense to other Gods, and worshiped the works of their hands. In these last days, the church has mingled too much with worldly practices. There are sins of fornication and adultery, and no passion for Christ. So we prayed for repentance from sins and renewal.

Sunday, October 9, 2011 It was thanksgiving Sunday in Canada. We went to New Life Church; the Pastor is of Indian origin Pastor Bindhu. We were given a warm welcome but you could see some skeptical faces, there is need of the grace of God to explain to people about death and restoration back to life). We preached well in the 40 minutes we were given and were able to deliver the message to the people. They really were touched and many came for prayers.

Monday, October 10th, 2011 We went to downtown Vancouver to visit a friend and had an opportunity to see the city. We passed through Langley then went to see the China town and look at the red Indians, the Aboriginals. It was our first time to see them. We saw many who are homeless and addicted to drugs, really in bad shape. We then visited with our friend and had fellowship there.

Tuesday, October 11, 2011 We went to Surrey City Hall to meet with one of the councilors in the administration office of that area, Councilor Marvin Hunt. He is a born again Christian and was delighted to have us in his offices. We shared with him the testimony and prayed with him. We then went to visit an elderly woman who has a heart problem. We prayed with her and prophesied that she will recover and that God would increase her years. In the evening, we had dinner in Delta hotel with Pastor Jean Claude Kalinijabo and his people. We ate with them and had fellowship, we prayed so much for our people (African immigrants) in this area, that they may understand the reason why have been brought here; which is to preach the gospel. Then we drove back home for a night at our house.

October 12th 2011 We met the mayor of Mission, James Adebe. He is a native Kenyan who has lived here for many years. He received us in his office, and we shared with him the testimony and prayed with him. Thursday,

October 13th, 2011 Early in the morning, we started our journey towards Prince George. After an hour drive, we stopped at Hope town. We entered a restaurant and had breakfast. One of the staff at the restaurant had never heard of Jesus and the Gospel!!! We told her about the grace of God, the love and the importance of following Christ, then we prayed for her as she received Jesus right there in that restaurant.

We then did a five-hour drive in the interior of Canada. We saw so many mountains, deserts, rivers, oil, trees and forests. They do a lot of farming – we saw many cows and horses, and a very big area where they farm grass to feed their cattle. We arrived at a town called a 100 Mile House. It is a very small town, very rural as well. We preached, encouraged and prayed for the people at The Evangelical Lutheran Church and prayed with them.

We then drove another two hours to a town called Quisnel. We stopped at the pastor’s house and had dinner with them. We then left for Prince George, we would be in this city and its environs for days.

October 14, 2011 We drove to Fort Saint James town; it is a town in the environs of Prince Geaorge. There are many native Canadians, the Red Indians, many of them are in bondage to smoking and drug addiction.
There also is a large population of wealthy Canadians, majority of them worship with The Mormons.

We preach at Zion Chapel and had a nice fellowship. At night, we had intercessory prayer, for God had given us the word before we came to this nation in Jeremiah 1:10. We discovered that there are many to be rooted out, many to be pulled down in this atmosphere, a lot to destroy and to be thrown down, and a long process to build and plant. We prayed overnight for the deliverance of the people in this area.

October, 15th 2011 We went for breakfast at a Chinese restaurant and coincidentally, met with some Canadian pastors, people full of the Holy Spirit. They were in the town also to carry the Gospel to the people there.
They were dancing around and said that when they saw us, they felt the move of the Holy Spirit. They invited us to go and share the word of God at their Church in Prince George. We agreed to go the following week Thursday.
We then shared testimonies; sang together in the restaurant and prayed. In the evening, we went to the Zion Chapel to have our last service in Fort Saint James. Again, we warned the Canadians about forsaking God, drug addiction and alcoholism. The meetings ended well, we did prayers of intercession in the area and planted seeds of the Word of God. Then we packed our bags and left for Prince George town.

October 16th, 2011 From Prince George, we drove an hour and a half towards Quesnel to Victory Way Church for Sunday service. The pastors there are full of love. We found them just about to finish worship, and directly started the preaching. Pastor Ed and Rosemary Leak are assistants to Pastor Linora the widow of Pastor John Dekroon, who remained with the church after her husband’s death. We had a great time in the church. These people are full of love and full of the Holy Spirit. At lunch time, we went to Pastor Ed’s. They are very hospitable in their humble home. I (Pastor Emmanuel) got a nice afternoon nap as we prepared for the evening service. Surprisingly, people responded well and came for the meetings. We did ministry in prayer and prophecy and we know that something good has been done in the town of Quesnel.
While we were preaching, a man came and fell at the feet of Pastor Emmanuel. He had a chain on his neck identical to the one put on dogs. He received Jesus there at the altar. We removed the chain from his neck and prayed for his release in Jesus name.

Monday October 17th, 2011- Wednesday 19th, 2011 For these three days, we had a conference hosted by Mitume ministries founded by Pastor Peter Kamau. We were using a rented place on Nechako Road in Prince George. We had a wonderful time in the presence of God, preached the word and gave the testimony. Quite a number of people gave their life to Christ, and others came to be prayed for their diseases. What a wonderful time we had with brethren - we interacted a lot with the native Canadians.

Thursday October 20th, 2011 We had dinner with Pastor Larry Pinchebek and his wife (we had met in a restaurant in Fort St James) in a nice restaurant and there after we went to the church (All nations Pentecostal Church) for the evening service. Pastor Emmanuel preached about the blessings of obedience from Deuteronomy 28:1-12. He also gave his testimony. It was a nice meeting and the Spirit was moving. We also prayed for the people. We realized that these people had a thirst of the word of God; there are people who started with us on Monday and on Thursday when we went to All Nations Pentecostal Church, they came along. We are so glad and happy at what God has done in this area, Prince George, Quesnel, Fort Saint James, we planted seeds of the word of God and it is our fervent prayer that those seeds will have to grow and bear fruits in the NAME OF JESUS CHRIST. We were looking forward for Edmonton city, in the province of Alberta.

Friday October 21st, 2011 We traveled from Prince George to Edmonton (Rev Emmanuel and Isabelle Twagirimana with Pastor Peter Kamau) were speaking at The Lighthouse Pentecostal Church Stony Plains at 7pm. We passed through Mc Bride, a small city in that city. Daniel tried to schedule a meeting there but at the last minute they cancelled it. Thankfully, we planted a seed there in form of a book that we gave to a Police officer. At 2pm we joined up with Pastor Daniel Kibarita at Kamloops, and drove together towards Edmonton.
We arrived at Stony Plains a little bit late but found them waiting for us. We preached there and found out that one of their worshipers also has had visions of heaven. We slept at a hotel and headed to Edmonton in the morning.

Saturday October 22th, 2011 We arrived in Edmonton in the afternoon, and were received by Josephine at her home. She gave us a nice welcome in her house. In the evening we went to Francis Muhoro’s, he is also coordinating our meetings in Edmonton in conjunction with Daniel Kibarita. We had dinner at his house with many other guests who had been invited to come and meet us at his home. The work of God in Edmonton was to start the next day in an African church.

Sunday October 23rd, 2011 Living Water Assemblies of God is an African church, where many immigrants from Africa gather to worship God. We arrived and were received by Pastor Tony and his wife.
Rev Emmanuel stood up and preached the word of God in that church, people were excited but we noticed that when the Pastor started to speak about the tithes, a certain couple walked out. People do not understand the importance of tithing, or they choose to ignore it; they seem to not believe that it is a command from God. But overall the service was so good.

We then drove to a big church in the outskirt of Edmonton called Evangel Pentecostal church. There has been a lot of skepticism by the leadership of the church. We were not given the big hall, they just gave us a small room, but we thank God it was packed, in fact there was overflow. People came from all over and we preached a message of deliverance. Two people rededicated their lives to Christ.

Monday October 24th, 2011 We reserved this day for rest, then later in the evening we went to the West Edmonton mall. We walked around and at night we had dinner at Muhoro’s. We prayed for a certain woman who wanted breakthrough in her family. We went back to rest in the early hours of the morning.

Tuesday October 25th, 2011 We returned to Evangel Pentecostal Church for a meeting with senior citizens, the Pastor who is in charge of them received us very well and Rev Emmanuel spoke about the testimony of heaven and hell. Two of them rededicated their lives to Christ.
After the service, we headed to Grand Prairie to visit with an elderly couple - Mr. and Mrs. Ngaho. We spent the night there, and Pastor Emmanuel shared his testimony with them.

Wednesday October 26th, 2011 We woke up early in the morning to have breakfast with Abe and Henry; these are businessmen who are involved in the real estate industry in Grand Prairie. They also care for many orphanages in Africa. We had breakfast and had time to talk to them briefly about Pastor Emmanuel’s testimony.
After that we drove far in the north to meet with Peter Kamau at Dawson’s creek, towards Alaska. It is very cold there and the wind was so strong. As we went back to Edmonton, we passed at church called Wind of God church, in a small town called Hythe. We entered just to greet the Pastors of that church; Pastor Leornard and Kristin; they told us that the town’s population is only 900 people; none of them go to church, because they are in the occult. Churches have been fought until they had to close. The Wind of God Church remained there as the only Christian church in that town and their congregation is made up of eight people, all from neighboring town.  They have persecuted them and they really try to stand up in the midst of those battles. We had a time of praise and prayer with Pastor Leornard and Kristin and interceded for that town.
On the way, we passed through Beaver lodge City. A town named after an animal called Beaver. We stood there to do intercession.

Friday October 28th, 2011 On Friday we returned to Living Water Assemblies of God and preached again there encouraging people to stay rich in faith.
Saturday October 29th, 2011 We went to the Life Gate Community Church, in a town called Wetaskiwin, a church of people who really show the love of God, they treated us with courtesy. We had an evening service at the church; Rev Emmanuel preached and gave his testimony to them. A bunch of people came for repentance.

Sunday October 30th, 2011 We went into an interior village out of the town of Wetaskiwin, where the Aborigines live. We found some of them smoking outside the church. We had service with them and prayed for them.

Monday October 31st, 2011 We traveled back to Abbotsford.

Tuesday and Wednesday November 1st, 2nd 2011
We reached out to the Full Gospel business people fellowship Abbotsford Chapter and Missions chapter. In the evening, we went to St Thomas Anglican Church in Chilliwack and reached out to the congregation of that church.

Thursday November 3rd 2011 We traveled to Vancouver to pray for a government official who was terminally ill. His family practices traditional native Canadian religion and therefore did not want us to see him. But his niece who is born again had called us to come and pray for him - she was the one who ushered us where he was and we prayed with him.

Friday November 4th, 2011. We were very excited to go to Wagner Hills, a center set up for recovering drug addicts. What a service we had with them! They are a group of recovered addicts who are now learning to be disciples. Three of them received Jesus Christ and another one rededicated his life to Christ.
In the evening, we went to a very expectant congregation at Calvary Worship Center in New Westminster, led by Pastor Owuso. It is such a glorious church with a multinational congregation. We had such a precious time in the presence of God. The preaching took us three hours and we had an awesome time in prayer. We met Delores and Tony from Barbados, a wonderful couple who are servants of God.
We were honored by a chief from the first nation’s tribe. He came and gave us symbolic gifts as a sign of welcoming us to Canada. It meant a lot to us because God spoke to me (Isabelle) right away that those who are the original people of this land had honored us. It was therefore our responsibility to bring in good news to these people and take them to another level in the knowledge of God and His beloved son Jesus Christ.

Saturday November 5th, 2011 We attended the fundraiser for Compassion Works International whose director is Daniel Kibarita. We met so many of his friends who had come to give him a hand in the work that they are to do in Suswa, which is building an orphanage and a nearby school. Money was raised was to help them do that work.

Sunday 6th, 201 November 1 We returned to Wagner Hills Lutheran Anglican church. We preached in an evening service.

Monday, November 7th 2011 We boarded a boat to head to Victoria the capital of British Columbia. We visited with our friends and then preached at Victory church

Tuesday, November 8th We returned to Vancouver in preparation to go back to home. We visited and prayed with more brethren.

Prayer points for this nation

Canada is a wealthy nation both in surface and natural resources, we should pray, rooting out and destroying the spirit of complacency, the spirit of witchcraft which has taken root in some areas of Canada, drunkenness, drug addiction and the spirit of debt.
God’s promise for those who hearken diligently to the voice of the Lord and obey, they shall lend unto many nations, they shall not borrow. Deuteronomy 28:12, Deuteronomy 15:6
Pray for those who have forsaken God, to come back to God in repentance.  Pray for those who trust and worship the work of their hands to remember that is all by God’s grace.
Pray for a Godly leadership for the nation.

3. Kenya ORPHANAGE, December 4th, 2011 In December 2011,

we visited the Huruma Children’s home in Ngong. We spent that Sunday with the orphaned children. We took our daughter Jemima with us. She was able to see how they are and socializes with some of them. We feel a need to keep helping these children.

 Prayer points for the orphans

We pray for orphans around the world, we pray that as they grow, God shall manifest in their lives in a mighty way, because the word of God tell us that “God is the father to the fatherless.”

We pray that doors open for them, for better education, better living conditions, that us believers as well as many other charities rise up together to give them the help and support they deserve in the name of Jesus.

 4. BURKINAFASO 13th January 2012- 24th January

We were invited for ministry in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. We arrived on the 13th January 2012 for a ten day mission trip.
The country of Burkina Faso is situated in West Africa. It is an inland country.
We arrived at the Ouagadougou international airport at night; we were given a first class reception.

The next day we had a brief meeting with the inviting ministry just to brief us on the program.
The afternoon would be our first meeting and it was held at Tabernacle Bethel Israel.
When we arrived at the venue, a very big crowd (probably 10,000 people) had come to attend the meeting. The people are hungry and thirsty for the word of God.
Pastor Mamadou Karambiri a respected man of God worldwide received us.
Madame Priscille Zongo (The wife of the former Prime Minister of Burkina Faso) introduced us to the Burkina Be people; the service also was live on TV.

The congregation was very expectant and they attentively followed the testimony of “Seven Days in Heaven.” Rev Emmanuel was able to give the first part of his testimony.
He talked about his life before the genocide in Rwanda, up to when His spirit left his body (The testimony is found in SEVEN DAYS IN HEAVEN Book).
At the end of that testimony an altar call was made, and a multitude gave their lives to Christ.

The next day was a Sunday; we had two meetings - one in the morning hours and another in the afternoon. We attended the service at Eglise de l’Alliance Chrétienne (Christian covenant Church). Many people gave their lives to Christ and the sick were prayed for.
The afternoon meeting took us back to Tabernacle Bethel Israel; there was an overflow of people. They said that around 20000 people had attended that meeting. Most of them were not believers -they had just come to hear the testimony. Rev Emmanuel took that opportunity to extensively tell them about heaven and hell.

He spoke about some traditional practices that are not Godly. At the end of the meeting, another altar call was made and more than a thousand of people came to give their lives to Christ.

The followed day we visited the president of FEME (Federation des Eglises missionaires et evangelique – federation of missionary and evangelical churches), Pastor Samuel Yameogo. He is also a respected servant of God in Burkina Faso, and we were pleased to find favour with him. We visited him and got to know him and his secretariat.

In the evening, we had a meeting at the Central Church. It is a branch of Assemblies of God. We were meeting members of the Watchmen on the Walls Ministry. Pastor Emmanuel preached on prayer. He said that to each believer is given a key to receive from God. Prayer is a key. Intercessors were given the mandate to pray for the rise of Burkina Faso as a nation. God had given us Ezekiel 37 and Isaiah 60:1 as a prophetic word for the nation. We declared that the nation would arise and shine, and that the dry bones would become as flesh. We also prayed for God to revive the watchmen so they could pray.

FEME’S President traveled with us to Fada N’Gourma, a rural town situated at probably 200km from the capital. We had an opportunity to see the land, villages some that look really desolate and dry.
We arrived at Fada; there was a celebration of 50 years of FEME’s work in BurkinaFaso.
FEME is the federation of evangelical churches and missions.

The followed day was our ministration day; many people had come for the service, Pastor Emmanuel preached on the joy of the Lord, and told of his testimony. We had a lot of spiritual warfare against the strongholds of traditions and religious spirits.

After the service we drove back to Ouagadougou.

On Thursday, January 19, we went to a church in an area called Yamtenga, and there was a big crowd of people who had come to hear the word of God. We prayed for many to come to Christ, and also for the sick.

Friday the 20th we preached again at the Apostolic Church of Tanghin, and had a great time of ministry to many people who attended. Earlier that morning, we had had an opportunity to pray for a Muslim man who had sent for us. He believed that Jesus Christ would heal him; we lead him to Christ and declared healing in his life.

Sunday 22 January 2012; we were back with the President of FEME at the church where he overseas Temple Emmanuel.
Pastor Emmanuel preached and gave his testimony; many people had followed us there since the beginning of our meetings in the country. We prayed for many in the morning and afternoon services. Many gave their lives to Christ including a bunch of people who got saved from the Muslim religion.

 Prayer points for this nation

Burkina Faso is also called “The land of the upright”; this nation has a special gift of hospitality and seeks to remain faithful to reach out to the unreached. However a very low percentage of the population is Christian. The Gospel of the kingdom of God is needed in this nation.
We pray that it may be preached to all. Many are yet to be reached; others because of the scarcity of the true gospel have bowed to false religions.
Pray for the land. Given that the nation is near the Sahara desert, we asked for more rain.
Also pray for the leadership of this nation, and for peace and stability.

                                            5. TANZANIA February 2012

We were invited for a week conference at Kanisa la Mlima wa Moto presided by Pastor Rwagatare. For a whole week, we taught a lot about holiness, repentance, and coming back to God. We also baptized some new believers.

Prayer points for this nation

This nation is one of the most peaceful nations in Africa; it is also a wealthy nation in natural resources; however the spirit of Islam has taken root. Idolatry, ancestor worship, divination and witchcraft have also kept Jesus from His rightful place. We come against all those evil spirits in Jesus name, and let the true gospel of the kingdom sweep over Tanzania. We pray that true repentance be in the churches around Tanzania. Mammon also has a strong hold over the people of this nation through greed and poverty.

                                        6. UNITED STATES March 2012

We started by the prayer conference with the
watchmen of the walls ministry, in Washington D.C. Pastor Emmanuel was one of the ministers at the conference. We did intercession for nations of the world praying for peace, the church of Christ, and the unsaved so that they may receive the grace that God has availed for all humanity. We then visited River City church in Washington DC with Pastor Emmanuel Mutangana and his dear wife, Nko. We stayed with this wonderful couple, and joined them in the ministry they have to the homeless.

Then we traveled to Columbus, Ohio. We visited an African church called The Elect’s House of Prayer. Pastor Jean Bosco Manywa and his wife received us and we spent three days with them preaching the word.

Prayer points for this nation

We pray that Church of Christ in the United States rises up in strength and power to resolve the issue and authority in this great nation,
Pray that assemblies will lay down denominational, racial and all other walls for the purpose of reaching souls. The spirit of debts to be broken, that believer will be able to live debt free.

                                                    7. TOGO June 2012

L’eglise missionanire de la grace abondante du Christ (Abundant Grace of Christ Missionary Church) located in Lome the country's capital, invited us for a twelve-day campaign in the country of Togo.
Togo is a tiny country in West Africa. With a huge percentage of Togo’s population still practicing traditional religion, it is a field ready for the harvest of souls into the Kingdom of God.
It was our first time in this country, we spent a week at the church’s headquarters in Lome Togo, preaching and giving the testimony of Heaven. A vast majority of the people who came for the conference have been affected in one way or another by witchcraft or had consulted witchdoctors. So we had to do a lot of spiritual warfare, praying for the people who were possessed with demons.
Our observation is that the economy of this country is still down but it shouldn’t be. They have a port which can bring in a lot of revenue. The church in Togo should fight from the heavenlies to claim the inheritance of Togo as a nation.

After one week in Lome, we traveled by road to another town called Atakpame. We heard that when the witchdoctors in that town heard that we were going to that town, they did a meeting to make sure they disrupted our meeting.
We thank God because despite their efforts, the meetings went on very smoothly. A good number of people attended, Pastor Emmanuel had enough time to teach the word of God, and we prayed for the people and took them through deliverance. But opposition by the witches was high.
One of those days, we were about to get out of our hotel to go to the meetings, and suddenly it started raining. We started praying in our room, we stopped that rain because we heard in our spirit that this was not normal rain. It had been called down by those witches, trying to disrupt the meetings. Five minutes later the massive rain stopped. We then went to the church and found the church full. People had come and they were waiting eagerly to hear the word of God.

There was a man who had not been walking by himself for three years; he had to be carried. His tongue was also twisted and he could not talk. They told us that he had been bewitched. He came for prayers. We prayed for him, and Pastor Emmanuel told him to rise up and start walking. By faith, he rose up and made his first step in three years, then the second, then the third, and he walked, walked, and walked. Pastor told him to say “Hallelujah”. At first he tried and the word could not come out of his mouth, but the more he said it, the more his tongue was untwisting itself. Finally he said “Hallelujah”, and got out of that meeting walking and talking. Praise The Lord! When the rest of the people saw that the person was healed, they came forth for prayers and told us about their physical and financial sufferings. We prayed for them, and planned to have a meeting to pray for the sick that evening. A multitude turned up and we prayed for them.

Prayer Points for this nation

29% of the population of Togo is Christian. Almost the same percentage is Muslim and the rest are in traditional practices.
Ungodly practices, excessive witchcraft and occultism has roots there. We believe the power of the gospel to turn around this situation. We come against the forces of darkness operating in high places against Togo and the Togolese people.
We pray that the Lord will awaken the nation, uproot witchcraft and liberate captive souls. We pray that the divine strategy be released in churches in Togo for intercession and evangelism.
We pray for the leadership and government to recognize the Almighty God as the head of the nation, seeking him for every economic, political, and social strategy.
We pray against the spirit of poverty that has held captive many Togolese in Jesus name.

 8. CANADA 6th July- 27 July 2012

We were sent to the East of Canada, in the French speaking side of Canada. We started our journey on the 4th July. We were traveling on Ethiopian airlines. We arrived at Bruxelles in Belgium and expected to board our next flight at 10am. But we were told our flight had been delayed until the next day. We stayed at the airport for 24 hours until the next day when we caught our connecting flight. We finally arrived at Ottawa airport on 6th July. As tired as we were, we went to start the conference.

We had been invited by Domitilla International Ministry, a ministry led by Mama Domitilla, a woman of God. God raised her back to life 42 years ago; she has been in ministry since. She travels the world preaching as she gives her testimony of what she saw in heaven.

The conference lasted for three days, and we had in our midst other speakers.

We had another conference at the Rhema Church Ottawa, with Pastor Severin.
We also held a marriage conference.

After the conferences, we had five days of counselling. Our morning was spent meeting people. Rev Emmanuel counseled and prayed for individuals.

We continue to pray for the families in Canada. Divorce and separation are very rampant.
We pray for unity in marriages and agreement between spouses.
We pray against sexual perversions among young people in Canada.
Pray for the awakening among Canadians.

9. RWANDA August 2012

We went to our native country, Rwanda, for a holiday with the children. Though it was a time to rest, we visited brethren and had fellowship, preaching the Word of God.

In one rural place in Gikongoro, we visited Isabelle’s grandmother and shared with them the word of God. Five repented and received Jesus Christ as their personal savior.

Prayer points for the nation

Pray for peace, unity, reconciliation and justice in this nation.
We destroy the stronghold of tribalism in Jesus name.
Because of Rwanda’s history of genocide, Rwandans are required to learn how to forgive.
Rwanda is a sending nation, equipped by the Lord to send out laborers to proclaim the gospel to the nations. We pray that this redemptive gift be manifested among the Rwandan people.
Pray for the many orphans and widows in Rwanda.
Rwanda entered its Jubilee year in 2011. Pray for Godly leadership in all the gates of the Rwandan society, so that all Rwandans can enjoy The Jubilee.

 10. KENYA – CHUKA

We visited the Deliverance church in Chuka for a conference to celebrate 18 years since the church was planted.

We were hosted by the senior pastors, Rev & Mrs. Mutua. Other speakers were Pastor Moses Kolipalli and John Pandou from India. We prayed for the Tharaka Nithi County.

Prayer points for this nation

We pray for peace in Kenya. Kenya enters its jubilee this year (2012), pray for Godly leadership so that citizens may enjoy the benefit of the acceptable year of the Lord.
Kenya has been called the “Lighthouse” for other nations. We pray and nullify the forces of darkness, shedding of blood, witchcraft, the occult, and idol worship.
We pray for the church to fulfill God’s call to be a shepherd to the nation.

11. Mama Domitila’s Visit

For the last 42 years Mama Domitilla, has been traveling the world in her evangelistic work. We were delighted to welcome her in Kenya. It was the first time she had been to Kenya for the purpose of ministry. She resides in Canada, and back in 1968, she died for four days and was brought back to life. God showed and told her many things that she had to tell the church. Our Friends and Pastors of Jesus Touch The World ministries, Bishop Faustin and Pastor Roseline Panga were our hosts in the Women’s Conference. Mama Domitilla preached and told of her testimony of heaven. Many were touched and revived.

 12. SOUTH AFRICA 12th- 27th October 2012

We ministered in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town cities. With its history of Apartheid, the country is still in the healing process.
The Watchmen Ministry partnering with other ministries had assembled in Johannesburg to establish watchmen over the nation of South Africa, to destroy satanic altars, and build God’s altars, and also to preach the good news. I and my wife Isabelle participated in prayers and intercession. We raised an altar for God at The city of the Lord in Lenesia, Johannesburg. Pastor Sheryl, the founder of the City of The Lord Church has done a great work there in Lenasia. Great projects are coming up in that area and all for the Glory of The Lord.

On Sunday the 14th, we ministered at Faith Family Church in Lenesia. Our hosts were Professor Ronnie and Prophetess Rhada Moddley, great Bible Scholars. They are senior pastors at the Faith Family Church. We preached a message of repentance and a come back to the Lord for those who had been having a lukewarm relationship with Christ.
That Sunday afternoon, we went back to the City of The Lord and ministered in the evening revival service. Many people came to receive Jesus Christ as their personal savior, and many were revived in their hearts and healed.
After Johannesburg, we went to Durban, a coastal city. It has a large population of South Africans of Indian origin, and many tourists coming in this city. The port there is the largest in Africa, making it an economically important city in the continent. Many people we met have been born in the Hindu religion, and by the grace of God, they are now born again, serving The Lord, the Holy one of Israel.

We visited Ushaka Village; lots of people go there to see the aquariums and many other things. Some place caught our attention too, “The House of Fear”. There was a queue of people waiting to pay to go inside the House of fear. When one group got out of the house we had an opportunity to see a glimpse of the inside of that house, there was total darkness and skeletons. People actually pay money, to go in and be frightened!!! Given that it was Halloween season, there were skeletons all over. We were compelled to pray and intercede for the nation.

Sunday 21st was our ministration day; we ministered at Revival restoration Ministries

Later in the afternoon, we went to a place inhabited by black South African, with great joy they received us and we ministered there. So many came to receive Jesus Christ.

After Durban, we went back to Johannesburg back to Faith Family Church. We ministered in the evening session on Wednesday 24th October 2012. We preached on faith, illustrating with the woman with the issue of blood found in Mark 5:25-34, on how her faith drew the force of healing out of Jesus without Jesus releasing it.

I (Rev Emmanuel_was telling people that it takes faith for people to move forward, without faith you cannot please God (Hebrew 11: 6.) I also told them about my life in the service of God. Walking with God by faith has taken me places. I was sick to the point that no one could believe that I would be healed but I kept my faith, there was no amputation done on my body, my wounds were all healed including a big wound on my foot that took years to heal. I also was able to walk on my own on the day of my wedding without crutches just because I considered God faithful and that He rewards those who trust in him.
Next,  we traveled to Cape town, and were received by our friend Pastor Robert Wanjohi, the senior Pastor of Jesus Friends Fellowship

It was also a time for family, because our sister, the younger sister to Isabelle, resides in Cape Town with her family. We landed in Cape Town in the morning hours and used the day to visit with the Pastor as well as my sister in law’s family.

In the evening, we ministered in Abba Father Church, located in Dalft. It is inhabited by black South Africans. We preached on God’ love unto us, loving God and loving one another as God’s commandments. We then gave the testimony of Heaven. We prayed for many to get saved and healed.
On Sunday, we ministered in the service at Jesus friends Fellowship, a Kenyan church located in down town Cape town. We thank God for people who came in tears to receive Jesus Christ, and the healings that happened there.

Monday was our day to visit the city. We visited Cape Town Mountains, went to the Table mountain where a lot of tourist come to have a nice view of Cape Town.

 Prayer points for the nation
South Africa is a gateway to Africa, the torch of salvation must be taken from this nation along the highway to Jerusalem (Isaiah 19), due to its geographical location, material resources she is the house bread for Africa and the world.
The miracle that the Lord worked in South Africa’s bloodless transition to democracy shows that they are gifted with the spirit of reconciliation, and can share this gift with the nations. However, division is prevalent even in the prayer movement.
There is racism. cultural and doctrinal issues can only be overcome by prayer.

There is need for reconciliation, healing from the wounds caused by hatred and divisions due to deep seated iniquities. Pride and arrogance are pervasive in South Africa, therefore we should pray for humility in this society.

South Africa has one of the highest crime rates in the world - rape, drugs sexual perversions and child pornography.
Pray for peace and righteousness.
Mammon has taken over through greed and poverty. Pray for honesty and prosperity.
Idolatry in South Africa is rising fast.
Pray for true worship, that God will raise genuine servants and shepherds as well as equip in a mighty way servants of God who can lead the people in the truth, the way and the life.

April 25- May 3 ZAMBIA

We were invited in the nation of Zambia by the Power line interdenominational women’s Ministry, in their annual women conference. The conference was held in the city of Livingstone, in the southern part of Zambia.

Livingstone sometimes known as Maramba, is the capital of the Southern Province of Zambia, a tourism centre for the Victoria Falls lying 10 km (6.2 mi) north of the Zambezi River, it is a border town with road and rail connections to Zimbabwe on the other side of the Victoria Falls. A historic British colonial city, its present population was estimated at 136,897 inhabitants at the 2010 census.

It is named after David Livingstone, the Scottish explorer who was the first European to explore the area.

Pastor Mary Shumba, who presides Power line Ministry, was our contact in the beautiful city of Livingstone.  We were warmly received,

The conference that would last for three days started on April 26th in the Evening by Pastor Shumba, preaching the word about the fall of Uzziah, and the rise of Isaiah. We realized that there was an end of an era, and a new beginning

The next day Bishop Kaluba from Lusaka, shared a life changing word in Exodus 2:3-6, when Baby Moses was located by the daughter of Pharaoh, from a hidden basket to the palace. You should not worry if you see that you are not being seen by important people, when your time for you to be located comes, you will be a completely different person.
Rev Emmanuel in the afternoon, preached about being a friend of Jesus, we are chosen to bear fruits. Fruits that endure. He was then able to give part one of his testimony. People were all attentive, and the presence of God filled the place, many were touched by the Holy Spirit, and brought to tears.

Sunday, April 28, was a busy day, we spoke into different sessions.

At a church service ( Shammah Christian Church) .
The word of God was read in Hebrew 12: 14 -17. Esau for a single meal, he sold his birthright. Many believers are these days despising the blessing of the Lord just for a one day meal or one month tithe. Pastor encouraged the congregation about tithe.

Afternoon we had a Pastor’s conference, Pastor shared how important these vessels are in The Kingdom of God, They must ask God, and God will give them nations as inheritance, so that they rule over them with The gospel. Psalms 2:8

He spoke about the call of God, encouraged them  to do what is required of them with a willing heart. And a reward for them in heaven is kept.
The evening service, Pastor shared about Tabitha Dorcas, a disciple in Joppa. Because of her good works and generosity, she was brought back to life when Peter prayed for her. Pastor Emmanuel also narrated the second part of his testimony.  Tens gave their lives of Christ, and we handed them over to Pastor Shumba for her to start feeding them with spiritual milk.
Many people here have consulted with the witch doctors and have been defiled.
We were to pray for their deliverance the followed day. It was fulfilling to see and sense the presence of God, in the work of harvesting souls for Christ!

Monday April was the final day of the conference; Bishop Kaluba spoke and cautioned not to despise humble beginnings. “People should respect what they have” He said
Esau despised his birthright and lost it.

The next session, Rev Emmanuel shared about the woman of the blood issue. Her faith drew Jesus healing power, out of him all we need is faith of the size of the mustard seed to move mountains.
The conference came to an end with an outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

On Tuesday April 30th, we visited the Victoria Falls.
David Livingstone, the Scottish missionary and explorer, is believed to have been the first European to view Victoria Falls on 16 November 1855 from what is now known as Livingstone Island, one of two land masses in the middle of the river, immediately upstream from the falls on the Zambian side Livingstone named his discovery in honour of Queen Victoria, but the indigenous name, Mosi-oa-Tunya — "the smoke that thunders" — is also well known. Official usage in Zambia, such as the national park, is Mosi-oa-Tunya

We were mesmerized by the view of the Victoria Falls, once listed among the 7 wonders of the world. We worshipped God almighty as we walked on bridge that is built just in front of the falls.
Zambians are humble, peaceful and respectful, and the country is gifted with this natural beauty.  72 Tribes of Zambians live together in peace.
At the Livingstone museum, we learnt about the history and civilization of Zambia, political history and many more. However they did so much practice witchcraft and a large population is still practicing it. The Late president, Chiluba declared Zambia “ a Christian Nation”.

We pray for this lovely nation to stay peaceful and that the bride of Christ may be awake and prepared for the return of Christ.

We do pray also for the evangelism in the nation, to be powerfully and divinely equipped to win many in to the Kingdom of God.We hope that you have had a good experience with us. You can also join us in the way God enables you to. Acts 1: 8: You shall be my witnesses to the ends of the world, through the power of the Holy Ghost. Pray that the gospel may continue to be preached in the nations.

There are still many groups in the world which are unreached. Pray that all barriers; political, social, logistical be overcome by men and women of God who have genuinely given themselves for this work.
Pray for New Life Gospel Ministries, as we take the gospel to the ends of the world, to the unreached groups of people, pray for abundant grace upon us.
You can also join by financially helping us reach out to many unreached groups in the nations.
All you do to advance the kingdom of God is registered in heaven and there is a reward is awaiting you.
For any financial help you send, we assure you that it will be used for the right cause, and we know for sure that your seed will yield multiple fruits.
